I think that there will either be a new teacher or new teacher position at hogwarts next year. I thought of this because it intregued me how dumbledore could conjure chairs or Mrs. Weasley could conjure food, or Mr. Ollivander could conjure wine etc. etc. Anyway do they learn to do that stuff in charms class? Cause if they don't, that would be a great excuse for Dumbledore to hire a teacher (also an auror, for harry's protection)

They have to have a new DADA teacher. But I don't get your drift with conjuring things.

examples of conjuring; Mrs. weasley always makes food come out of her wand, Mr. Olivander made wine come out of harry's wand, dumbledore made a seat for himself at harry's trial

What? Are you saying a new class a new teacher? Surely that would be taught to students allready. How else would the adults know? They'll probably learn it in charms. There is no need for a new teacher to teach that.
