HPR Fanfic/Fanart Contest
----------
Two winners, one for Fics and one for Art. Only works by members of the HPR Forum will be considered.
Quarterly: Submissions due March 15, June 15, September 15, or December 15. The rumor the piece must be related to will be announced on the due date prior to its own (The rumor for the June due date will be announced in March).
No works-in-progress will be judged. All submissions must be complete works or stand-alone completed chapters.
In the fanfiction, only works in English will be judged. I am a master of American English mechanics, but British English doesn't exactly scare me either, so either will be acceptable, though please state at the beginning of the fic if it is in British English.
One piece may be submitted twice. If the piece is a winner on its first submission, it may not be submitted again. If the piece has been majorly revamped (essential plot or structure significantly changes), the piece may again be submitted twice, once if it is a winner on the first of these two new tries. This also applies to art.
Copyrights apply even online. Though we know that you won't take credit for JKR's creations, anything else you copy is plagiarism, and you will be punished for trying to get away with it.
