I'm reading it as a summer reading book and am practically bored to death. What do you think? Can anyone tell me what happens?

It's an excessively boring book. Okay, Elizabeth does this, Elizabeth does that, Mr. Darcy proposes, Elizabeth rejects, it's SO BORING TO ME! *murders Jane Austen* Wait, she's already dead?

My friend has! 2 friends! Maybe more that I haven't talked to as well. Sounds mighty boring though if you ask me!

I read it...Elizabeth and Darcy totally want each other, but Darcy is too proud to admit it, and Elizabeth is predjudiced against him because she thinks he's a rich snob (get the title?). Anyways, so eventually Darcy gives in and admits he's in love with Elizabeth, and proposes, but he does it in a sort of condescending way that pisses her off. She also finds out that Darcy has told Jane's lover a bunch of crap about Jane so he won't see her anymore, so Elizabeth is like, screw him, and refuses to see him anymore. After a while he finds out why, and sends her a letter explaining, which makes her realize she has forgiven him, and that she loves him, but she still won't give in because she's too proud, and after a while her stupid little sister that flirts with all the guys elopes with this jerk (the one that Lizzie thought she liked) and Darcy saves her sister's reputaion, so next time she sees him she swallows her pride and admits that she loves him too, and they get married and Jane gets her guy back and they get married too and everyone is jolly and rich. The End.
