Last night around nine we had this awesome thunder storm. It was just a normal evening at first and my sister and I were outside playing badminton in our back yard when the sky in the south started to turn Gold and we could see these huge clouds. Then the wind started to blow like mad, it was bending the trees in our woods really far back. Lighting was flashing across the sky and thunder started to rumble and crack. Then out of nowhere tons and tons of heavy cool rain started to fall.
It was so cool, because the sun had set like 5 minutes before the storm but it was still as light as day outside, with this golden glow... Making it look like you had sunglasses on. Oh my gosh, it was so cool! And right now I think another one is starting, because I can see lighting and hear thunder. This is so much better then T.V *goes to look out the window*

I love to lie in bed and listen to Thunderstorms! I find it soothing. I like watching them too but my mom always tells me to get away from the windows. But that's what thunderstorms are for! |

^ Me too! When I'm in bed at night, I love to listen to thunderstorms... they put me to sleep, they're so relaxing...
Unfortunately, we haven't had a REAL thunderstorm in a while... *grumbles* stupid drought...

We have thunderstorms almost every night here...they're cool...cept the really loud thunder creeps me out...

We haven't had any real good ones here either. Too bad. We've had light rains but no storms! We've had threatening storms but they never carry out their threat.

Yeah, we always have storm warnings...it sucks, cuz you can't run out in the rain...

Oh well, it just rained really hard, no storm today. Whatever, the humidity is finally getting to me. *melts into a heap of melted eowyn*
